Become an Approved Appraiser

To become an approved appraiser with Dundee Bank of Canada, the following documentation must be submitted for review:

  1. A copy of either of the following: CRA or AACI accreditations. The applicant(s) must be in good standing
  2. Current résumé outlining your professional qualifications
  3. Five lender references including the appropriate contact name and telephone number
  4. A listing for each accredited appraiser within the firm wishing to be on the approved list
  5. Proof of membership in the Appraisal Institute of Canada and valid E. & O.E. Insurance
  6. Sample appraisals consisting of the following:
    1. Three Single Family Dwellings;
    2. Two 2-4 unit dwellings.

Please note, a review will not be considered until Dundee Bank of Canada is in receipt of all the required documentation. We will communicate the decision once all of the documentation has been approved and the reference checks have been completed.
